Jobs available for those with a Master’s Degree in Political Management are greatly varied, but generally fall under two main categories: Advocacy and Electoral work. George Washington University explains the difference between these categories lists some possible jobs in each.

Advocacy Work, which promote policy objectives by raising awareness on important issues with the public and officials. Advocacy work positions include association executive director, communications director, political action committee executive, events manager, and issue advocate.

Electoral Positions Electoral positions manage elections, either for candidates or important issues on the ballot.Electoral positions include elected official, campaign Manager, fundraising consultant, press secretary, and field director.
