Looking at the crimes that supervillians have committed, independent of their nefarious personalities, we see how mighty these foes are and what each of our superheros was up against.

To clarify some of the criminal legal results, while some of these supervillains committed crimes in jurisdictions outside of the U.S. (on other planets, for example) we used the U.S. legal framework to identify what all of the supervillains would be charged with, assuming that they ever faced the rule of law that is.
