A good espresso is not easy to make, but it’s not as hard as Starbucks baristas want us think it is. You just need to control a few preparation details such as water quality, brewing temperature, shot pulling time, grind size, etc… If you follow the recipe and the instructions, you’ll get at least a decent shot.
