Big data takes the blinders off and completely removes the guess work, all along the recruitment process from hiring to training. Big data analytics provides HR department the ability to make more data driven decisions about recruitment. However expertise and patience is key, but focusing on key business problem is very important in Big Data.
In case if the company is using third-party provider for the delivery of HR big data technology and analytics services, there will be many issues it will need to consider while implementing it. Obviously there is constant tension because some feel that analyst are not sharing enough data and analyst feel that HR are not asking proper questions. At the end, HR needs to embrace the challenge of talent analytics and meet the upcoming challenges of Big Data.
